🚚 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 7-14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods, such as new drops or promotions, processing may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number to follow your Bougie Grab delivery.


📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing (when available).

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Customs delays may apply.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays or factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


📬 Incorrect Address or Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout!
Bougie Grab is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.


💔 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Double-check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  3. Then email us at bougiegrab@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll do our best to assist.


🌍 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country’s regulations. Bougie Grab is not responsible for customs delays.


🎁 Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

If you order an item marked as Pre-Order or Limited Drop, please note that processing times may vary. The estimated ship date will be listed in the product description.
